How Your Personal Information is Collected. The Application is used by Chalk Mountain and partner drivers as they provide services related to the delivery of sand and other materials on behalf of Chalk Mountain. The Application allows drivers to view assigned tasks, get directions to relevant pick-up and drop-off locations, view detailed maps, receive routing information, and communicate with Chalk Mountain and other stakeholders relating to deliveries.
We collect your Personal Identifiers when you create a profile to use the Application. We also collect your Geolocation information after you install the Application on your device and give consent.
Foreground and Background Access. Geolocation Information is collected when Application is open and on-screen, and also when it is open but not on screen.
You may opt out of the collection of Geolocation Information at any time by turning off this feature in your device settings or by un-installing the Application on your mobile device. Please note that allowing the collection of Geolocation Information while you perform services as a driver for Chalk Mountain may be required as part of your job duties. Please contact your manager or the human resources department if you have further questions about your use of the Application.
